IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
· From July 1st 2022 onward we won’t be able to ship packages to Germany nor France via Etsy because of their new policies. Every order placed to be shipped to Germany or France will be 100% refunded. Thank you for understanding!· The shipping prices are updated every January 1st due to the mail price increase set by the shipping company with which we send the packages.
We set shipping prices based on the weight of the total items being shipped and adding labor as well as materials used. So some changes in shipping costs could be made due to the fluctuation in the weight of the packages (it's not the same to send 10 stickers or 10 keychains; 1 keychain or 10 keychains)
PACKAGING
♻️ ECO PACKING SUPPLIESSince June 28th, 2002 we’ve started to use compostable bags to dispatch orders.These bags are certified both for industrial and home composting. This ensures that they can return to the environment safely. The composting process can take between 3 and 6 months. Made from plants and biodegradable materials, each bag has composting instructions and a QR code for more information and specifications. In addition, the bags have two adhesive tapes so you can reuse it!On top of that we no longer use plastic bags when packing products, now everything’s packed in glassine bags, paper or cardboard.We will keep trying to improve our shop to help reduce the negative impacts of packaging waste on the environment.In 2023 we're working our best to find suitable compostable bags for our new packaging (boxes). Until then we'll be using the plastic bags we still have from when we opened the shop so we don't waste materials.
